Rent includes all utilities — water, electricity, and Wi-Fi — so you can move in and feel at home right away. Each unit comes with one reserved parking space, and all are strictly non-smoking and pet-free to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest. A security deposit equal to half a month’s rent is required at signing, along with the first month’s rent. We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time with proper notice to tenants.
